For the past few years he’s been working in the kitchen of Everest, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Chicago, learning the craft of the chefs, getting his butt kicked in the least glamorous ways possible, and loving every second of it.
Jenny is the general queen of badassery. A no-nonsense free-spirited freelancer, she’s been 110-percenting everywhere, from the offices of goliath food corporations to the kitchens of innovative restaurants like Elizabeth in Chicago. When you’re in the weeds, she’s the one you want to cover your back.
